We will take all reasonable commercial efforts to display accurate and up-to-date prices on our website. However, since the prices of various types of goods sold are usually updated by suppliers, we cannot list the exact prices before accepting your order.
Delivery
Except for the first two days of the Chinese New Year and when the typhoon warning signal No. 8 or above or the black rainstorm warning is in effect, we only deliver goods in certain areas of Hong Kong from Monday to Sunday. We currently do not deliver to remote areas and outlying islands, and buildings without lift equipment. We reserve the right to refuse delivery at our sole discretion. You agree and accept that under no circumstances will we accept cancellation of orders or refund to you.
Unless otherwise specified, we will use all reasonable commercial efforts to deliver within 24 hours of accepting your order.
We may deliver one or more times, and some products may be delivered directly by the supplier. Any time and date regarding the delivery of goods, or the time required for delivery is only an estimate. If we fail to meet any prescribed delivery or delivery date or time, we will notify you about the progress of your order. You agree and accept that under no circumstances will we accept cancellation of orders or refund to you.
We reserve all rights to adjust the free shipping order amount at any time and from time to time.
Return or replacement

Points & Reward Program
The Program is open to all customers who have created an account with Enjoy the Moment. Participation in the Program is free, and no purchase is necessary to enroll.
Points are earned based on the purchase of qualifying products on our website. Points are awarded at a rate of 1 Point per $1 spent unless otherwise stated during promotions.
Points will not be earned on taxes, shipping fees, gift cards, and certain promotional items. Enjoy the Moment reserves the right to determine which items are excluded from earning points.
Points will be credited to your account immediately after qualifying purchase. Points earned from returned items will be deducted from your account.
Points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases. The redemption rate is 100 Points = $1 off.
A minimum of 100 points must be accumulated before they can be redeemed.
Points cannot be redeemed for cash, gift cards, or applied to previous purchases. Some products or categories may be excluded from point redemption.
Points do not expire and can be used at any time.
You can check your points balance by logging into your account on our website or our mobile app.
Enjoy the Moment reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, including the points earning structure, redemption rate, or any other aspect of the Program, at any time without notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes arising from or related to the Program will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hong Kong.
